| Abstract: | In this article,the author sums up the possible form of magnetic monopoles in classical electromagnetic theory and quantum theory.discusses the important experiments done to search for the monopoles.presents the difficulties that we have met with when we merge the monopoles into quantum theory.on this basis of these,a negative explanation of magnetic monopoles is put forward. |
