Ni基与Ni-P基含MoS_2复会电刷镀层的减摩特性

摘    要:在“球-盘”试验机上对Ni/MoS2与 Ni-P/MoS2两种复合镀层的摩擦磨损性能进行全面的测试与比较,并对其作用机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,两种复合镀层在油润滑条件下的摩擦系数,一般均可达到 0.05~0.06的水平,而 Ni-P/MoS2的承载能力或磨损寿命要比 Ni/MoS2提高 4~6倍以上。

Abstract:Investigation and comparison of two composite plating layers on a "ball-on-disc" testing machine under lubrication were conducted to evaluate their friction-reducing property, and the mechanism of their tribological behaviors were comprehensively analysed, The results showed that the friction coefficients of both composite plating layers can reach generally 0.05-0.06, and the wear-resistance of Ni-P/MoS2 is 4-6 times that of Ni/MoS2.
