| 摘 要： | 以湖南师范大学某学院图书馆读者服务问卷调查为基础,对高校图书馆读者服务工作中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了提高馆员专业素质、提升馆藏质量、加强与读者的交流与沟通等优化读者服务工作的措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey on the reader service of the library of one college of Hunan Normal University,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the reader service of university library, and puts forward some measures for optimizing the reader service such as improving the professional quality of librarians,enhancing the quality of collections, and strengthening exchange and communication with readers, etc. |
