摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备铁酸锌前驱物,设置温度范围为200~600℃对前驱物进行3 h灼烧处理;并取1 g前驱物原粉在5 MPa压强下作压片处理,500℃下灼烧3 h.通过XRD,Raman表征样品并观察铁酸锌的结晶过程,研究压强和温度对合成铁酸锌纳米晶的影响.发现样品经5 MPa压强处理后,Raman图反映出铁酸锌的两个常压下不明显的二维振动模式225 cm-1和249 cm-1处峰位特征明显.结果表明随着灼烧温度的升高,铁酸锌粒径增大;对前驱物加压能够促进铁酸锌晶体的形成.

Study of Crystallization of Nano-ZnFe2O4 Under Temperature and Pressure

Abstract:Nano-ZnFe20+ was prepared by the Sol-Gel method and the process of transformation from precedence to Na- no-ZnFe20+ crystal influenced by the temperature and pressure was studied by the Raman, X-Ray Diffraction. It was shown that prepared samples have a spinel structure, of which particle sizes are increased with the calcining temperature. Under a pressure of 5MPa, two obvious 2-dimensions vibration modes of ZnFe204 (225cm-1, 249 cm-1)were observed, which were not obvious at ambient pressure. It was found that the process of forming the ZnFe20+ crystal has been remarkably facilitated.
