基于博弈论的带薪休假实施的改善策略研究

随着黄金周暴露出来的问题越来越多,带薪休假的实施势在必行.而我国目前带薪休假的实施并不顺利,存在着诸多的实施障碍.文章从博弈论的角度分析带薪休假各利益相关者的博弈关系以及博弈的最优决策,希望通过分析利益相关者的博弈行为,为带薪休假状况的改善提供一些参考意见.

Paid Vacation Implement Improvement Strategy Research Based On Game Theory

With more and more problems exposed in golden week, the implementation of paid vacation become impera- tive. But at present, in our country, the implementation of paid vacation is not smooth, there are many obstacles. In this arti- cle, from the perspective of game theory, the game relation and optimal decision of each stakeholder about paid vacation were analyzed. We hope we can offer some references to improve the paid vacation status through the analysis of the game behavior of stakeholders.
