| 摘 要： | 文章以Romer的假说为前提,并以国内学者修正后的模型为基础,分析得出1996—2012年,福州市经济增长中土地资源"尾效"平均每年为0.417个百分点.即在土地资源不断消耗的过程中,1996—2012年福州市经济增长速度将会以平均每年0.417%的速度降低.按照这个速度推算,由于土地资源的"尾效",到2030年、2040年和2050年,福州市的经济增长率将会降低到目前经济增长率的92.91%、88.74%和84.57%.

| Abstract: | Based on Romer＇ s （2001） hypothesis and domestic scholars modified model, this paper shows that Fuzhou＇ s economic growth drag of land resources during 1996-2012 is about 0.417 percent per annum. That is in the process of land resources that have been consumed in 1996--2012 in Fuzhou City, the economic growth rate will be reduced to an average annual rate of 0.417%. According to the projections of the speed, because of the land resource drag, till the year of 2030, 2040 and 2050, the growth rate of the economy of Fuzhou city will be reduced to 92.91% ,88.74% and 84.57% of the current economic growth rate. |
