合成吡嗪的催化剂的制备

摘    要:以乙二醇和乙二胺为原料,在催化剂的作用下脱氢和脱水反应生成吡嗪.以浸渍法制备负载型催化剂,分别以活性炭、分子筛和三氧化二铝为载体,以铜、锌、铝、锰、铬等为活性组分,活性组分占载体质量15%,按照不同的活性组分配比,不同的焙烧温度制备的催化剂.结果表明三种载体中,活性炭的吸附性最好.经过气相色谱分析,铜、锌、铝三种元素以1∶1∶1(摩尔比)的比例浸渍的活性炭载体上的催化剂,焙烧温度为350℃时,具有较高的活性和选择性.

The Preparation of Catalyst for Synthesizing Pyrazine

Abstract:Pyrazine can be produced via dehydration and dehydrogenation of ethylene glycol and ethylenediamine in the presence of the catalyst. The catalysts was prepared by impregnation in different active components ratios, roasted at differ- ent temperatures, using different carriers of activated carbon, molecular sieve, and δ -alumina, and Cu-Zn-A], Mn-Zn-Cr as the active components. The active components account for 15% of the carrier. The absorbtion of charcoal is the best in those three carriers, so it is the best carrier. Via gas chromatography, it is known that the catalyst which was prepared by soakage of Cu-Zn-A1 nitrate on the activated carbon in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 by molar, roasted at 350℃, was the most effective and selective.
