| 摘 要： | 当前职业院校发展现状促使相关研究人员对职业院校教师职业压力产生的原因进行分析,并为解决职业院校教师职业压力问题提出对策。行政管理部门、学校管理者和教师如何理性面对职业压力并加以有效管理对和谐社会建设、职业教育良性发展、教师身心健康维护、教学质量及人才质量的提高和我国从人力资源大国向人力资源强国的转变都有着重要意义。
