STM图像表面模拟及图像降噪的研究进展

摘    要:STM的原始图象不能适应各种需要,而采用各种方法重构后,可以适应不同的应用。文章介绍了重构方法,概述了几何分析和形态学两种图像处理的数学方法,证明这两种方法可以获得更接近原样品形态特征的图像,同时将小波变换应用于扫描隧道显微镜图像的降噪、结果表明处理是有效的、可行的。

Abstract:Diret STM graphics doesn’t satisfy the demands of user.After the graphics are recreated by many kinds of methods,they could satisfy the needs of customer .This paper introduces ways to recreate STM graphics. The paper compares two methods of geometry analysis and morphology, and the distortion parameter is defined, which proves the validation of these two methods.Wavelet transform used STM image is described according to the properties of STM.The image processing noise reduction. This processing method is effective and feasible.
