山东3种金星蕨科植物的比较解剖

采用光镜和扫描电镜对山东分布的3种金星蕨科植物的根、根茎、叶柄、叶轴、羽片、叶表皮、表皮毛和孢子囊等进行了比较解剖学的研究．3种植物解剖学特征存在以下共性：根均为无髓中柱；根茎为网状中柱，分体中柱3～5个；叶柄基部分体中柱两个；叶肉组织均无分化；叶上下表皮垂周壁都呈波状；气孔主为胞环型、极附型或直轴式；叶表皮或叶脉上常生有球形腺毛、球杆状腺毛和针状毛．同时也比较了3种植物解剖构造的不同．解剖学结果为3种植物的经典分类积累了资料

COMPARATIVE ANATOMY OF 3 SPECIES OF THELYPTERIDACEAE FROM SHANDONG

Systemic studies of comparative anatomy of 2 species of Parathelypteris and 1 species of Phegopteris were reported in this paper. It includes root, rhizome, stipe, rachis, final rachis, leaf epidermis, trichome and sporange. It was observed under LM and SEM. The commonality of anatomy was proposed. The steles of the roots were all pithless. The dictyostele of the rhizome had 3 - 5 meristeles. The vascular patterns of the basal part of stipe were 2 meristeles. The mesophyll did not differentiate into palisade and spongy tissue. The leaf epidermal ceils were undulating and the types of stoma were actinocytic type, pelocytic type of diacytic type. On the leaf epidermis and veins presented some globle - shaped, globe - band shaped glandular hair and needle - shaped hair. The differences among 3 species were also proposed. The results provided anatomical evidence for the classical taxonomy of 3 species.
