浅议当前高校教师队伍管理的问题与对策

目前我国高校普遍进行了新一轮的以人事分配制度改革为核心的内部管理体制改革。教师作为高校的主体，在高校中占据着主导地位。本文分析了我国高校教师队伍存在的一些主要问题，分析这些问题根源所在，对高等学校教师队伍管理的改革提出了自己的思考与建议。

At present, the reformation on human affairs system is being made among universities in China. As the principal part of university, teachers play a leading role. It is very important for raising working efficiency, enhancing quality of education and making good use of resources of university etc. On how to improve level of teacher team management. In this article, some irrational rules and regulations that are existing in management system has been analyzed and some suggestions have been discussed.
