On considerations of Educational Supervision in Colleges and Universities

The article believes that colleges and universities should set up aparticular organization for supervision. It should have a group of supervsion inspectors who have rich experience in management and higher level in-academy and in implementing policies. The key to the supervision work is to inspect how the college authorty carries out the general and specifi policies, law and regulations in education of our country as well as something about practical teaching. The college authority should observe the principles in handling affairs according to the laws, in guiding a corect tendency and in seeking truth from fact.
