高等级油气管线钢的断裂韧性测试方法

摘    要:本文对目前管线钢断裂韧性的测试方法做了综合性的比较,得出测试高等级管线钢断裂韧性最合适的参数是CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)或CTOA(裂纹尖端张开角)。CTOD试验按国际通用规范BS7448,可以按实际厚度制作试样,保存了原结构的尺寸效应,所测得的韧性会比较准确、可靠;CTOA是目前用于反映高钢级输气管线止裂性能的参数,通过高速摄影机拍摄张开的角度直接测量,能方便直观的反映管材的止裂韧性。

Abstract:The current methods of pipeline steels' fracture toughness test were compared synthetically in this paper and the most appropriate fracture toughness parameters CTOD (Crack Tip Opening Displacement) and CTOA (Crack Tip Opening Angle) were found. According to international standard BS7448 ,the samples with the actual thickness of structure can be used in the CTOD experiments. The results will be more accurate and reliable because the geometry of structure was actual in the experiment. CTOA is used to predict the onset of crack propa-gation in the high-grade gas pipeline, It was measured by high-speod camera, reflecting the pipelines' ductile fracture toughness directly.
