| Abstract: | From the point view of destination,rule and principle,the paper analysis the identical factors between the Eco-technology innovation and the scientific development strategy.There are four parts:several destinations,human and nature's harmonize,sustainable development and making the human as the foundation.Eco-technlogy innovation is requirement of knowledge economy era;it will be the powering force of coordinating the relationship between human and nature,economic and social's development,and human's full-development. |
