| 摘 要： | 插话是日常交际中常见的一种话语现象，我们运用社会语言学的理论和方法，通过实地调查，对获得的12段日常会话录音语料进行了分析和讨论，重点考察了插话的界定和类别，插话的使用分布，插话频率与说话人的性别、年龄之间的关系。结果显示，男女两性、老中青三代人在插话的使用上存在明显的差异，这是由社会文化和认知等因素造成的，同时，也受到个人会话风格的影响。
