| Abstract: | The FOB contract becomes more and more in export trade in China recently.However,the case which the enter-prise suffers loss is more and more correspondingly,even causes the exporters to lose money and articles under FOB term.So, exporters should alarm risks and take corresponding measures to guard against the potential risks,which is significant in expan-ding foreign business suocessfidly.This paper will discuss risks that exporters face under FOB term from the four aspects:mar-ket,connection of vessel and article,documents and payment,then arise the precautionary methods accordingly. |
