摘    要:成本预控是在项目施工方案确定和效益评估结果成立的基础上,为编制科学、合理的成本控制目标提供依据。因此,成本预控目标的确定对提高项目管理的科学性,降低成本和提高经济效益,具有重要的意义。在确立成本控制原则的基础上,从组织、技术、经济、合同管理等方面探讨了加强工程项目成本预控管理的措施。

Abstract:The pre-control of the cost is to provide the basis for compiling the scientific and rational cost control target based on the determination of the project construction scheme and the benefit evaluation results. Therefore, the determination of the cost pre-control target possesses important significance on increasing the scientificness of the project management, reducing the cost and improving the economic benefit. Based on the determining the cost control principles, this paper probes into the measures for strengthening the pre-control and management of the project item cost from aspects of the organization, technique, economy, and contract management, etc.
