| 摘 要： | 当前,高校毕业生就业工作面临着一个挑战多于机遇、困难多于优势的形势.高校要增强就业工作事关全局的意识和贵在引导服务的意识;引导毕业生确立灵活就业和自主创业的观念;集中面向西部、农村和生产一线,面向非公有制企业;以教学管理为抓手提高质量,以就业基地建设为抓手拓宽市场;构建人人参与的内部环境和多方支持的外部环境,畅通就业通道;加强就业工作机制和人员队伍建设;实行校、院(系)两级目标管理;努力提高就业率,降低辞退率,提高就业起薪,实现高校毕业生就业工作水平的整体性提升.

| Abstract: | At present,the graduates' employment is confronted with challenges and difficulties.Universities should have the awareness of employment being the most important work,guiding the graduates to form the conception of flexible employment and self development,to go to work in the West,the rural areas,workshops,non-state-run enterprises.Universities should focus on teaching administration to improve teaching quality,set up employment bases to widen employment market,create favourable environments in which everyone is involved annd external multi-support environments.Universities should reinforce employment working system and the construction of the employment staff,carry out objective management from universities to colleges to improve employment rate. |
