摘    要:非能动余热排出系统是200MW低温供热堆重要的安全保障系统,其启动方式对整个系统运行过程和效率产生重要影响。通过建立合适数学物理模型,编制计算机程序仿真模拟零流量和微流量两种启动,选择高精度Gear算法,研究启动方式对整个系统运行过程影响,掌握其稳态和瞬态工况下的热工水力特性,就瞬态变化过程做出比较分析。微流量启动使余热排出系统参数波动变大,达到稳定过程的时间变长。冬季选择微流量,保持管内流动,可以防冻;夏天选择零流量,可以提高系统敏感性和响应速度。根据不同环境,选择适当启动方式。仿真对系统实际的设计和操作都有重要意义。

Abstract:The passive natural circulation residual heat removal system is an important safeguard system in the 200 MW low temperature heating reactor. The heat removal system start-up mode has an important effect on its running and efficiency. The heat removal system was analyzed using the GEAR arithmetic in our own code. The code simulates zero flow rate and small flow rate start-up modes. The results were used to analyze the effect of the start-up mode on the system thermal-hydraulic performance for steady and transient conditions. The small flow rate start-up mode results in system fluctuations that increase with time until a stable process is reached. The small flow rate mode can be used in the winter to maintain flow so as to prevent freezing. The zero flow rate mode can be used in the summer to improve system sensitivity and response. Thus, the different start-up modes can be selected to provide the best system operation for different conditions.
