| 摘 要： | 新农村建设需要强大的资金支持。金融业应该在新农村建设中发挥强大的资金支持作用。然而,中国农村金融体系存在的弊端大大制约了其作用的发挥。建立健全完善的农村金融体系已是当务之急。应从开放农村金融市场,健全农业保险制度等方面入手,进行农村金融改革,使金融业能更好地为新农村建设服务。

| Abstract: | The new rural reconstruction needs the formidable fund support.The finance industry should play the formidable fund support role in the new rural reconstruction.However,the financial system in China's rural areas has restrict the drawbacks to play its role.It is the top priority create a sound rural financial system.The financial markets should be opened in rural aress and improve the insurance system and other aspects of asriculture,rural financial reforms.So that the financial services industry to better serve the construction of a new countryside. |
