| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation of our country's highway ser vice management of "laying stress on construction and making light of management " and harmful influence of and existing problems in the construction and mainten ance of highway, this paper puts forward the concept of the highway maintenance and management system and sustainable development strategy, including the transf ormation of mentality, practice of technical innovation and system innovation, s peeding up the tempo of the process of scientificalization of our country's high way maintenance. |
