| 摘 要： | 1994年我国开始了足球职业化进程,在16年的改革过程中折射出一个显著的特点就是教练员"下课"现象频繁,分析得知,联赛成绩、职业足球运行环境的不规范、俱乐部短期行为及缺乏长效机制等因素是导致主教练下课的主要因素,并对主教练如何应对压力更好地担当起角色提出建议.
