摘    要:光学系统在低温下工作时,元件表面发生变形,系统性能下降,所以在设计阶段必须进行预估和处理.将元件的变形分为热胀冷缩引起的变形和外力作用引起的变形,并根据各自的特征讨论了相应的处理方法.

Abstract:Lens deformation happens when optical system works in cryogenic environment,which will drop performance of the system.So measures must be taken during design phase.Lens deformation is composed of two parts.One part is caused by temperature change,while the other part is caused by stress and gravitation.According to each characteristic,different treatment methods are given.
