退火张应力控制Fe基纳米微晶带各向异性场技术的研究

摘    要:报道了测量Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0非晶带的应力退火方法,通过测量经0MPa~245MPa不同退火应力作用下的Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0微米微晶薄带的磁特性,发现通过退火应力的控制,可以控制基磁晶各向异性场HK;利用材料的磁阻抗曲线,可以测定其各向异性场。

Abstract:The technology of annealing under stress on Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0 amorphous ribbons was reported. By systematic study of the effects of the stress changes in 0 MPa~245 MPa at a fixed annealing temperature 540 ℃, on the magneto-impedance response in Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0nanocrystalline ribbons had been investigated.It was found that the anisotropic field Hkwas under the controll of annealing stress and anisotropic field Hk could be measured by the response of the magneto-impedance in Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbons.
