一种通用信息卡的识别系统

本系统研究的目的是利用软件实现对信息卡的自动识别，信息卡自动识别系统完成了从信息卡的生成，计算机识别到识别结果统计输出的整个过程，在信息卡的生成部分，系统模仿Word的排版规则，对输入的信息卡内容进行自动排版，为以后的识别提供了统一的定位模式和必要的特征数据，在信息卡识别部分，提出了一种相对位移法来确定识别的位置，并利用反复的实验确定了一个判断阈值作为识别的标准，在最后一部分，系统还将识别的结果整理统计出来，便于用户了解整个调查的情况，目前，该系统运行情况良好，效果显著，必将带来极大的经济效益和社会效益。

Recognition system of a general information card

The research on this system is to implement the automatic recongnition of an information card by using a software . The system developed in this paper can complete the process from generation of information card and computer recognition to statistic output .In generation of information card, the system can imitate the rule of Word to make the information typeset automatically . All these work can provide the necessary uniform orientation mode and characteristic data for the latter identification.A new method is presented for ascertaining recognition location and a threshold value by relative displacement as a standard.Finally,statistic results are given by this system,which runs well and its effect is prominent.
