| 摘 要： | 我国卧式车床拥有量大，对其进行数控化改造具有重要意义。介绍了C620-1普通卧式车床改造的方案，包括横向、纵向进给系统的改造，车床导轨和床鞍配合滑动面的改造，电动刀架的改造等，以及改造后的整体调试和试加工。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the transformation scheme of common C620- 1 horizontal lathe, which includes the transformation of the lateral and longitudinal feed systems, the transformation of the lathe guide tracks and the saddle mating slip surfaces, and the transformation of the electric cutter frames, etc., and the integral shakedown test and trial processing after the transformation. |
