水利与社会经济联动和互动关系分析

根据计量经济分析理论，建立了水利与社会经济联动和互动关系模型，利用一般计量经济模型和对数计算经济模型给出了水利产业内部和与社会经济关系的定量算法。并对发展中的盐城市水利与社会经济的关系进行了实证研究，结果表明盐城市工农业总产值和农村人均收入同群众投劳和水利投资均有很强的关联性和依赖关系，水利产业的投入对盐城区域经济，特别是农业经济的产出具有非常重要的作用。

Analysis of Jointly and Mutually Changing Relations between Water Conservancy and Social Economy

According to the theory of numerical economics analysis, a model of jointly and mutually changing relations between water conservancy and social economy is established. By use of the general and logarithmic numerical economics model, quantitative calculation of relations between water conservancy industry and social economy is conducted. The analysis has been applied to Yancheng City water conservancy industry. The result shows that the industrial and agricultural output value and the average income of farmers are closely related to and strongly dependent on the investment and labor input of farmers in Yancheng. The input of water industry plays a great role in the development of the regional economy especially the output of agricultural economy of Yancheng.
