摘    要:本文通过试验研究,将一台没有自吸能力的6吋单级单吸离心泵在不影响原泵性能的情况下改制成功为一种结构简单的外混式双蜗壳自吸离心泵,并对泵的自吸性能进行了理论探讨,导出了在任意安装高度下泵的自吸时间和泵在不同转数下所能达到的最大自吸高度的计算公式。指出了计算值和试验值的自吸性能曲线有相同的规律。

Abstract:In this paper, a simple self-priming double-casing volute centrifugal pump with outer recirculation was investigated based on a modified 6 " single stage single suction centrifugal pump with no self-priming function through a great deal of testing under the condition that there is no decrease of the efficiency of the original pump. Theoretical research on the self-priming performance was conducted and the formula of the relation between the maximum height and self-priming time at any geometrical suction height and different speed was derived. The agreement between the calculated value and the curve of the testing data was pointed out.
