月季感染白粉病后叶片抗氧化酶活性与MDA含量的变化

摘    要:以月季常见栽培品种粉和平(Pink peace)、达拉斯(Dallas)、红胜利(Red success)为研究对象,比较了白粉病胁迫下不同抗性品种的月季叶片中抗氧化酶及丙二醛含量的变化.结果表明,受白粉病胁迫后,3个不同抗性品种的月季叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)酶活力均明显增加,但增加的幅度表现出明显的种间差异,粉和平的抗氧化酶活性增幅最大,达拉斯次之,红胜利最小.受白粉病胁迫后,3个不同抗性品种的月季叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量也表现出显著的升高,但易感病型品种红胜利的MDA含量的增幅最大,含量也最高.以上结果表明抗病品种能对白粉病的胁迫做出敏感反应,抗病性强,清除活性氧的能力也强.

Abstract:The changes in the activities of Antioxidant Enzymes and MDA contents were studied after the rose cultivars were infected with powdery mildew.The results indicated that the SOD,POD,CAT activities displayed a significant rise in the three species:Pink Peace,Dallas,Red Success.But the changes were different:The activity of antioxidant enzymes of Pink Peace was higgest,the second species was next in activity and Red Success was the least.The MDA contents in the three different species also increased significantly,however in the degree of variance in susceptible species,Red Success was the biggest in MDA contents.The above results showed we concluded that the resistant species had a higher sensitivity to powdery mildew,and a higher capacity of resistance against oxidative stress.
