大型油罐防火堤事故荷载分析计算

摘    要:依油罐破裂时孔口所在高度不同,将罐体沿高度分作5个区段,分别进行了荷载计算,另外,针对大型贮油罐裂缝多发生在罐壁底部的特点,就防火堤内充满溢流液体的不利工况,通过有限元分析,探讨了防火堤内侧坡度对事故荷载产生的影响,给出了相应荷载分布曲线。

Abstract:in terms of the indeterminacy of crack levels and the variety of the actionso f jet on fire-dyke,five divisions of oil tanks in vertical direction are defined and the corresponding loadings are computed.Based on the specific characteristic of the cracks,i.e.,lowlevel and horizontal orientation,and provided that the fire-prevention area is full ofspillingwater,the influences of the slope of the innerside of the fire dyke on the emergencyloading are investigated by finite element methods.A series of curves of loading-levels andsome beneficial conclusions are given.
