热镀锌助镀剂中亚铁离子在线检测技术

摘    要:针对热镀锌助镀剂中亚铁离子对热镀锌产品质量的影响及其对在线检测的必要性,分析了热镀锌助镀剂溶液的光谱吸收,并在分光光度分析的基础上,根据其光谱特点自行研制了一种亚铁离子自动检测仪,通过微型蠕动泵和该检测仪实现了热镀锌助镀剂中亚铁离子的在线检测.该过程不需要对助镀剂进行其他预处理,操作简便、快速.结果表明,亚铁离子浓度在0.1~10g/L范围内,检测误差小于0.05g/L,吸光度浓度线性方程相关系数R=0.99995.

Abstract:Because of the significant effect of ferrous ion in flux on the quality of hot-dip galvanizing products and the necessary of the online detection of ferrous ion,the spectral absorption of the ferrous ion in flux has been investigated in this paper. Based on spectrophotometric analysis,the automatic detection equipment for ferrous ion has been developed according to its special characteristics. Online measuring of ferrous ion in flux of the hot-dip galvanizing has been achieved with micropump and the equipment,which is simple,rapid and does not need pretreatment of the flux. Experimental results show that the measuring error is less than 0.05 g/L and the linear equation of the absorption and concentration of the ferrous ion shows a good related coefficient of 0.999 95 (R = 0.999 95) when the ferrous ion concentration is between 0.1 g/L and 10 g/L in the flux.
