| 摘 要： | 从土榨加工制糖生产、机制糖厂的兴建、蔗糖产量、食糖的出口4个方面,论述了民国时期广西制糖业繁荣昌盛,认为民国时期广西制糖业的发展,为建国以后广西制糖业大规模走向现代化提供了量的积累,奠定了坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | From making sugar with indigenous methods,Sugar Factories construction,cane sugar output,export of sugar,etc.four respects,elaborates on the fact the sugar industry of Guangxi is thriving and prosperous during the period of the Republic of China,think the development of the sugar industry of Guangxi during the period of the Republic of China,have offered the accumulation of quantity for the fact that the sugar industry of Guangxi after the foundation of the state moved towards the modernization on a large scale,have established the solid foundation. |
