| 摘 要： | 健康的心理品质是大学生全面发展的基本要求,也是将来走向社会,在工作岗位上发挥智力水平、积极从事社会活动和不断向更高层次发展的重要条件。本文通过对当代大学生心理健康现状、心理问题产生原因的分析,提出了大学生健康心理的培养方法。
