| 摘 要： | 在2009年5月举行的第十一届全运会体操比赛中,传统体操强队的湖北男队未能进入决赛.以此为切入点,对湖北省竞技体操后备人才培养的现状进行了探讨与分析.从中发现,湖北体操项目发展过程中存在着少儿梯队断层明显、不同地区竞技水平差距较大、人才流失现象严重、教练员结构单一等问题.针对现状提出了相应的改革建议,如:抓紧建立完善的后备人才培养体系、加强基层教练员队伍建设、完善和优化训练条件以及设立决策协调议事机构等.
