过氧化氢对绿豆种子下胚轴插条生根的影响

摘    要:报道了适当浓度的过氧化氢能够提高绿豆种子的发芽峰值和活力指数 ,绿豆蛋白质含量随过氧化氢浓度增加而降低 ,而过氧化物酶和电导率则相反 .用过氧化氢处理绿豆下胚轴 ,经数天培养后 ,发现 1 0 -1mol/L的过氧化氢对绿豆插条生根有促进作用

Effects on mung bean rooting of the plumular axis bottom by cutting with Hydrogen Peroxide
Abstract:Effects on mung bean physiological character and rooting of the plumular axis bottom by cutting was studied with the different consistency of H 2O 2.The results show that H 2O 2 of proper consistency can increase the germination percentage peak and vitality index of mung bean.At the same time, the content of protein descend with H 2O 2 consistency ascension. But POD and conductance rate is then contrary. To treat the plumular axis bottom with H 2O 2,after few days cultivation,rooting of mung bean by cutting was promoted when H 2O 2 consistency is 10 -1 mol/L.
