高校辅导员角色定位研究述要与思考

由建制初期的“政治领路人”到当下“从事德育工作开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人”，我国高校辅导员的角色定位曾有多次变迁。国家对高校辅导员的角色定位是纲领性的，具有宽广的解读空间。实践工作中，高校辅导员常常出现错位、缺位、虚位、越位等不恰当的角色迁移现象。其角色定位需要细化，应该有科学的边界框定。

Review on the Role of College Instructors

The role of college instructors has been changing with the times from the political leaders in the beginning of China foundation to the mentors and guiders of college students political and ideological education.The government has put forward constructive and directive requirements for student counselors.In practice,there are many inappropriate role transferences such as: absenting,losing,dislocating or tuning over to positions.There should be scientific requirement for the detailed categorization of college instructors.
