Al2O3p非均匀增强Al基复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用挤压铸造法制备了Al2O3p颗粒非均匀增强Al基复合材料,并对其组织和性能进行了分析和测试。结果表明:与均匀增强复合材料相比,其挤压铸造所需的浸渗压力以及预制体压缩变形减小,在保持复合材料强度的同时,韧性有所提高。

Abstract:The Al_(2)O_(3p) particle nonuniformly reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by pressure casting.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the metal matrix composites(MMC) were studied.The experimental results show that,compared with uniformly reinforced composites,the penetrating pressure needed for pressure casting and the compressive distortion of the platelet perform decrease.Meanwhile,the strength of composites remains and the toughness improves.
