| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨阵发性室上性心动过速 (PSVT)药物复律疗效。方法 :分析 10 2例 PSVT患者药物治疗效果。分别静注维拉帕米、普罗帕酮、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)、西地兰 ,通过心电监护观察用药 10分种、30分钟及 30分钟后的心率及心律。结果 :维拉帕米、普罗帕酮、ATP、西地兰的有效率分别是 93.3%、75 .0 %、6 1.5 %、5 0 .0 %。除 ATP组外 ,未发现明显副作用。结论 :维拉帕米、普罗帕酮、ATP、西地兰在治疗 PSVT时疗效好且安全性好。其中以维拉帕米疗效最好 ,可作为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the drug efficacy in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventicular tachycardia(PSVT). Methods: Analyse the curative effects in 102 patients with PSVT. Inject Verapamil, Propafenone, Adetophos(ATP), Cedilanidum into the veins respectively, Observe the patients' heart rates and rhythms 10 minutes, 30 minutes and later after the administration of the drugs. Results: The effective rate of Verapamil, Propafenone, ATP and Cedilanidum is 93.3%, 75.0%, 61.5% and 50.0% respectively. No side effects occur in other groups besides the ATP group. Conclusion: Verapamil, Propafenone, ATP and Cedilanidum are very effective and safe on PSVT. Among them Verapamil is the best and should be the first choice. |
