胰酶胶囊与匹维溴铵联用治疗慢性小肠性腹泻

目的 :探索慢性小肠性腹泻的新治疗方法。方法 :联合应用胰酶胶囊与匹维溴铵 ,将 89例慢性小肠性腹泻随机分为联用胰酶胶囊与匹维溴铵治疗组 46例和应用硫糖铝加多酶片治疗对照组 43例 ,并从几个单项评分标准及总累积分方面观察疗效。结果 :单项评分标准结果显示 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,而总累积分结果两组疗效无显著差异。结论 :联用胰酶胶囊与匹维溴铵治疗慢性小肠性腹泻提供了一条有效 ,安全 ,无明显副反应的有效方法。

The Treatment for Chronic Diarrhea of Small Intestine by Means of Pancreatin Capsule with Pinaverium Bromide

Objective: To explore a new therapeutic method of chronic diarrhea of small intestine. Methods: Eighty-nine patients with chronic diarrhea of small intestine were divided into 2 groups at random, 46 cases being treated by Pancreatin Capsules combined with Pinaverium bromide and others treated by Sucralfate combined with Duomeipian as control. The therapeutic effects were observed by five individual score and the accumulative score. Results: The individual scores of Pancreatin Capsules combined with Pinaverium bromide were significantly higher than those of controls, but there was no significant difference on accumulative score. Conclusions: Pancreatin Capsule combined with Pinaverium bromide provide an effective and safe way to treat chronic diarrhea of small intestine.
