摘    要:研究了旋转气流中空心柱液体射流的流动参数、喷嘴几何因素在液膜分裂破碎过程中的不稳定性作用,结果表明:液膜的分裂破碎主要是由表面张力引起的;液体Reynolds数在整个射流过程中起不稳定性的作用;在旋转气流中,内部气动力及内部旋转强度的变化,对液体射流的不稳定性没有影响,而外部气动力及外部旋转强度在液体射流的破碎过程中起着稳定性的作用;在旋转气流中.射流内半径与液膜厚度比起稳定性的作用。

Abstract:Effects of flow properties and nozzle geometry on the instability of the annular liquid sheet in swirling gas are investigated. The results are as follows: The breakup of liquid film is mainly caused by the surface tension; the liquid Reynolds number always acts on the instability in the process of the jet; the aerodynamic force and the swirling intensity of the air in the interior of the hollow cylinder have no effects on the stability of the jet, but those in the exterior of the hollow cylinder play stabilizing role in the liquid jet during the breakup; the ratio of radius of the nozzle to thickness of the liquid film exerts a stability in the process of a jet.
