三维标准零件库的研究与开发

在实际工程CAD的设计和机械设计教学中,对装配机构进行仿真和优化设计时,要进行零部件的三维模型实体装配,这期间要进行大量的标准件的三维建模,费时费力。因而本文在应用CATIA三维CAD的基础之上研究开发了三维标准零件库,提高了机械设计的效率,缩短设计周期,使设计人员有更多的时间进行设计方案的思考。

Study and development of 3D standard part storehouse

In teaching mechanical design and the design of actual project CAD,assembly of machine will carry out the three-dimensional model entity assembly of component when carrying out emulation and optimization design,which will require plenty of three-dimensional modeling of standard components that is time-consuming and strenuous.Thus this paper has studied and developed three-dimensional standard part storehouse on the foundation of applicating CATIA,raising the efficiency of mechanical design and shortening design period,so the designers have more time to consider design scheme.
