| 摘 要： | 杂醇油是发酵法生产酒精的副产物，它既是环境污染物，也是重要的精细化工原料。本文对杂醇油的特性、组成及我国综合利用现状进行了阐述；对以杂醇油为原料进行分离、提纯和深加工的方法进行了综述；并结合目前最新研究情况介绍了杂醇油深加工产品的应用。
