N-十-烷基-N′-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲的合成及在分析上的应用

摘    要:本文合成了一种新的长链烷基取代化合物N-十一烷基-N′-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(UPT)并确定了结构.这种新的显色试剂与40多种离子在不同的介质中反应,仅与Cu2+、Ag2+、Hg2+2、等少数阳离子具有特征反应,其他均无明显现象发生;在NaAc、HAc介质中和微量的Cu2+、Pd2+有良好的线性关系,实验证明其灵敏度和选择性都优于一般的试剂,可以被用作定性鉴定Cu2+、Ag+、,定量测定Cu2+、Pd2+的试剂.

Abstract:The synthesis of a new longchain saturated fatty hydrocarbon substituting group conpound:N-undecyl-N′-(sodium P-aminoberzensulfonate)thiourea(UPT) is described. According to the studies on its analytical performance, it is found that this reagent can be used to identify Cu 2+ and Ag + and determine microamount of copper or pallaium in aqueous solution. Both of their sensitivities and selectities are better than other common methods. These new methods are simple and convenient and can provide satisfactory results on samples.
