| 摘 要： | 多年来,在基因工程操作中所采用的几种从琼脂糖凝胶中回收DNA的方法不同程度地存在着各种问题。从琼脂糖凝胶中分离和提取DNA的方法具有简便快捷、成本低和效率高等优点,可直接用于各种分子克隆操作,是一种切实可行的方法。

| Abstract: | Since many problems in the methods of DNA reclaim from agrose gel in the laboratories of molecular biology in these years,this paper introduces a novel method which can easily isolate and extract DNA from agrose gel.It is proved by experiments that this method has convenient,quick,low cost,and high rate of recovery advantages,and it is a very useful method. |
