| 摘 要： | 网络交易平台提供商的法律定位已成为电子商务发展中亟待解决的新问题,它直接关系到网络交易活动的顺利开展。根据网络交易的基本特征梳理分析网络平台商的法律性质和地位,并进而确定其应当承担的法律义务和责任,可以更有效地推动电子商务的健康发展。
