摘    要:用硼酸( 硼砂) - 甲醛- 亚硫酸氢钠体系对麻纤维进行阻燃处理, 获得了阻燃性好、表面无结晶物的阻燃产品,并通过热分析对其热解行为进行比较. 实验结果表明, 用硼酸( 硼砂) - 甲醛- 亚硫酸氢钠处理的麻纤维, 比纯麻纤维分解温度提前, 活化能降低, 氧指数提高, 剩炭量增加.

Abstract:The thermal degradation of hemp cellulose is treated with flame retardants containing boric acid,borax and boric acid(borax)-formaldehyde-NaHSO_3.The samples treated with boric acid(borax)-formaldehyde-NaHSO_3 systems have the better flame retardance than that treated with boric acid or borax.Moreover,there is no crystalloid on the cellulosic surface.Experiments demonstrate that the temperature of the thermal degradation onset point and the activation energy of thermal degradation stage are lower for hemp cellulose treated with boric acid(borax)-formaldehyde-NaHSO_3 systems than those of pure hemp cellulose,and an increase in char yield and LOI.
