| 摘 要： | 文章采用Fura-2荧光指示剂法研究了稀土离子跨红细胞膜的作用，结果发现，即使在很低的浓度下也能检测到稀土离子的跨膜现象，说明该方法在研究稀土离子对完整红细胞的生物效应时是非常有效的．

| Abstract: | The transmembrane behavior of Ln+{3+} in red cells is studied by using Fura 2 fluorescent probe technique.And the results show that obvious transmembrane phenomenon can be observed when the concentration of Ln+{3+} is very low.So this method is very adapted for studying the biological effects between rare earth ions and erythrocytes. |
