| 摘 要： | 以3000 t海巡船的实船应用为背景,结合中国水上监管的特点设计了基于视频通信技术的船舶监管网络系统.将视频通信技术引入到船舶运营、管理中,使其成为一个综合视频、音频等多种数据交互的多维船舶监管一体化平台.系统提供的分布式网络视频解决方案,是一个可扩充、可整合的IP监控平台,具有船舶内部视频资源的采集、存储、检索等功能,可对现代船舶的红外光电取证系统、视频监视系统、移动式数码摄像机等的图像信号进行保存.

| Abstract: | Video and communications technology-based ships supervision and manage network system was designed with application of the 3000 tons cruise ship as background,combined with domestic maritime management's characteristics.It led video and communications technology into the ship's management,and made it became a integral platform that included various kinds of data,such as video,audio,etc.The distributed network-video solution that this system provided,was a expansibility and integratability IP supervision platform.It provided the ships' internal video resources for collection saving,inspection,etc,could save the video information from the modern ships' infrared obtain-evidence system,the video surveillance system,mobile DV,etc. |
