摘    要:叙述了利用物理方法添加固体硅酸钠的硬质聚氨酯的改性研究 ,着重讨论了固体硅酸钠的添加量、粒度与硬质PU体积热变形、导热系数和抗压强度的关系 .研究表明 ,该材料的耐温性明显提高 ,成本降低 ,达到了PU保温材料的水平 ,是一种广泛应用的廉价保温材料

Abstract:The properties of polyurethane affixed with solid sodium silicate by physical method can be changed. The relation between sodium silicate increment, granularity and some properties of polyurethane, such as heat deformation, heat transmission coefficient and pressure tolerance intensity, was discussed in this paper. It was proved that the heat resistibility of PU was improved, the cost was lowered, and this polyurethane reached the level of heat preservation material of PU. It's a cheap heat preservation material with a good application.
