聚碳酸酯——聚乙烯共混体系的性能研究

摘    要:用熔融共混研制了一系列聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚乙烯(PE)/乙烯-乙酸乙酯(EVA)共聚物三组份共混物。系统地研究共混物的物理-力学性能随PE及EVA组成变化的规律。实验结果表明,EVA对PC-PE共混物有增容作用。适量的PE能明显改善共混物的冲击强度及熔融流动性。

Abstract:A series of polycarbonate ( pc )/Plyethylene(pE)/ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer tricomponent blends were prepared by molt blending. The mechanical and physical properties and Rheological properties of the blends changed with the amounts of PE and EVA have studied, The experimental data showed that EVA acts as compat ibil izer to the PC-PE blends, impact strength and melt flow were obviously improved by the addition of a certain amount of PE.
